Discovery

The project always begins with a discovery process, where we listen to our client’s needs and desires. Our preliminary interviews are relaxed yet specific, as we endeavor to balance the desires of the client with the realities of technological trends, budget constraints and built-in obsolescence.

Design & Budget

Our system design team goes to work to define all aspects of the project functionality for each room or area including hardware and pre-wire drops locations. In addition, all hardware and labor is defined with exact detail. We meet with the client to deliver this information for review, feedback and ultimate approval.

Pre-wire

Once the concept, design, and budget are all in line, we will begin our pre-wire, this is when we will run and hide all the cabling needed for your system - we will correspond with your Bokeelia builder to get a timeline in place.

Trim

Once the drywall is already in place, we will start trimming out wall plates, alarm contacts, keypads, speakers, pool alarm. 2nd trim - at this stage your electric, TV and internet service is in place. We start moving the gear in; amps, controllers etc, and we then start the final wiring and programming.

Client Orientation

Meet your new system! At this point we will go over each major aspect of your system and include a brief introduction to your system. You will also have direct contact with the project’s lead technician should there be any questions!
